We believe in children’s online safety and do not wish to allow sign-ups of children under 13 years old. Therefore, you may not sign-up or transmit any personally-identifiable information of a child under 13 years old or information sufficient to locate such a child.

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see, hear, or otherwise experience through getdenso.com, including but not limited to the videos, text, software, photographs, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like (collectively, “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned by the respective content creators and/or providers, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions. Purchase and Payment

By downloading getdenso.com, you offer to purchase and pay for the monthly usage of getdenso.com. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, in our sole discretion. All service purchased hereunder are subject to these Terms of Service. Payment made for usage of getdenso.com is made through credit card and/or other payment information stored in your iTunes Store account. We do not store any credit card and/or payment information required for the usage of getdenso.com and are not liable for any issues concerning it. Payments are entirely handled by the App Store and you agree to all of Apple's terms and conditions and privacy policies pertaining to purchase and payment by agreeing to purchase getdenso.com.

Unless otherwise specified on the website or app store, getdenso.com's price for the service is set forth on the app store. Prices are, and all payments shall be made, in the currency stated on the App Store.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF getdenso.com AND ITS SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIDEO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF getdenso.com, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM getdenso.com, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ANIDEO IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SERVICE THAT YOU PURCHASE AND HAVE PAID FOR IS UNAVAILABLE IS A REFUND OF THE MONEY YOU PAID US FOR THE UNAVAILABLE PORTION OF THE SERVICE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

getdenso.com is controlled and offered by Anideo from its facilities in Singapore. We make no representations that getdenso.com is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Those who access or use it do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local and all other applicable laws and regulations.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anideo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, licensors and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, obligations, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages, costs, debt, and attorney’s fees resulting from

  1. your use of, access to, or misuse of getdenso.com;
  2. your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
  3. your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
  4. any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing getdenso.com using your account; or
  5. any transaction you conduct as a result of using getdenso.com.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. You agree that:

  1. getdenso.com shall be deemed solely based in Singapore; and
  2. it shall be deemed a passive website/application that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Anideo, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Singapore. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of Singapore. Any claim or dispute between you and us or our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, licensors and suppliers that arises in whole or in part from getdenso.com shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Singapore. You further agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts in connection with any dispute with us or our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders, licensors and suppliers. These Terms of Service and any other legal notices published by us on getdenso.com, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Anideo concerning getdenso.com. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service for any changes. Your use of the getdenso.com following any amendment of these Terms of Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
